Rooted Groups

We believe that community is an important element of the healing process and that the most beautiful gardens are made up of all kinds of blooms. We offer clinically-based talk therapy groups for varying populations.

Current Groups

    Garden Pride: A Mental Health Support Group for Young Adults

    Participants will learn how their various identities have helped shaped who they are and learn healthy coping skills when faced with stressful life events, especially pertaining to their gender and sexual identities.
