I am a Pre-Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a therapist with Rooted.

Random about me facts: I like playing video games in my free time and I'm a huge Nintendo fan. My favorite games to relax with are Animal Crossing: New Leaf and Super Mario Wonder. I can get lost in the games for hours after a long week.

Everyone is on their own journey, and I am here to help guide clients at their own pace. I utilize person-centered, humanistic therapy approaches to truly connect with clients and their lived experiences. I use techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy to give my clients the tools to feel more like themselves and tackle the thoughts causing distress.
